Before you unpack.
For a move-in request, explain whether the home will be empty, partly furnished or already occupied. Empty spaces can make floors and surfaces easier to access, but the tasks still need to be agreed. Point out the rooms you want ready before furniture or boxes arrive.
If you want cabinets, closets or appliance interiors addressed, list them explicitly. Ask what must be emptied or prepared and confirm that access, water and electricity will be available as needed.
After the belongings leave.
For a move-out request, tell us when the last furniture and boxes will be removed and when the property needs to be handed over. If a landlord, property manager or buyer has provided a checklist, use it to explain the work you want quoted.
A cleaning visit does not guarantee a deposit refund, an inspection outcome or acceptance by another party. Those decisions depend on the condition of the property and requirements outside the cleaning scope.
Make the moving pieces visible.
A moving date alone does not tell the whole story. Let Alvina know if packing, painting or other work will still be happening so the cleaning plan can account for it. Scheduling is confirmed with you before a visit.
- Property location and the type and size of home.
- Whether the home will be empty, furnished or partly occupied.
- The moving date and preferred cleaning window.
- Requested appliance, cabinet or closet interiors.
- Access arrangements and any other contractors working at the same time.
Quote the condition you will hand over.
Describe the property as it will be at the time of cleaning, not just as it is today. Mention remaining belongings, areas needing extra attention and any limitations on entry. This helps keep the requested work and the available access aligned.

Common questions.
Does the property need to be empty?
Tell Alvina whether it will be empty or occupied. The cleaning scope and access requirements can then be discussed for that situation.
Can I share a move-out checklist?
Yes. Describe its required tasks in your request and discuss the list before booking. A third-party checklist is not automatically included in a general cleaning scope.
Can you guarantee my security deposit will be returned?
No. A cleaning request cannot guarantee a deposit decision or inspection result. Agree on the cleaning tasks separately from any landlord or property-manager requirements.
